"Helpful and polite staff"

About: Birley Health Centre

(as the patient),

Caring nursing staff who explained reason for delay in appointment time (1 hour!) due to busload of elderly patients arriving. Difficult to differentiate between clerical and nursing staff (all wore mufti) I am not complaining however!

The desk staff are always helpful and polite. Well done. And nurses sympathetic.

Thank you for taking part in the patient opinion feedback. Sorry to hear you had a delay but glad you kept smiling!! We are glad you are happy with the service you receive and you fing the staff helpful (we do try our best!)

We have thought about uniform before, perhaps we could think again we will put it to the staff.
