(as the patient),

I lost my husband in June and our Dr Bayles was just wonderful to me. My husband trusted them, and the nurses there, as do I.

It would be good if we could have a microphone to call to patient could hear when nurses or doctor are calling them into their rooms.

We receive good healthcare from them all.

Thank you for your opinion feedback, firstly its good to hear you are satisfied with the service you receive. I have passed on your idea for a tannoy to call patients in, although the doctors and nurses do like the personal touch of calling their patients. It is sometimes difficult to hear when the waiting room is busy which it often is.

We are staring a virtual patient group where we occasionally email the members to ask their views on changes and developments within the surgery. Would you like to join? If so please contact me by email susanbreeze@nhs.net,
