"Excellent care from A & E, EAU and MARINA Ward..."

What I liked

I have just returned home from being in Marina Ward for 5 days. I just had to write and compliment everyone who works on this ward, teamwork at its best. I was so well cared for and reassured at all times by Surgeons, Doctors and Nurses. I would also like to compliment all the housekeepers, they were also very professional. In particular one person who also showed nursing qualities which to me seemed that they were a "natural" for nursing. They told me that they would love to become part of the nursing profession but did not know how to go about it, maybe somebody would advise them.

Thank you all very much for the excellent care and treatment that I received.

What could be improved

Perhaps being able to collect medication from pharmacy personally instead of having to wait on ward, it would also help the ward re discharged patients waiting around when they are so busy treating all the other patients.

Anything else?

There are many adverse comments made about Hillingdon Hospital but I have been a patient a few times and been on different wards and have always received the best treatment possible.
