What I liked

Having visited this hospital once so far, I found that the service was exactly how I would like it to be. The building appeared clean and everything was signposted clearly. The staff, from reception to the department I visited, seemed very efficient and organised and keen to assist which gave me great confidence - something which I feel is very important when you are entering unfamiliar territory, particularly around your health. Staff also seemed friendly and generally happy. Over all I was very impressed by my visit here and reassured that I was in capable hands.
