What I liked

Clean, bright and airy ward (B2) with ensuite facilities

Good food

What could be improved

MRI scan promised not carried out

Buzzers should have been left on beds for easy access by more immobile patients

More involved staff - the patients looked after each other, particularly at night

More flexible visiting times for those travelling from a distance

Moved to another hospital after 3 weeks with no notice and with no explanation

Anything else?

We had an excellent experience on ward C2 where my father was for 2 months, but sadly completely the opposite on B2 where he was for 3 weeks.
