What could be improved

I waited 5 months for an outpatient appointment to receive the results of a test.

This is unacceptable.

The staff in the clinic were so busy it seemed totally chaotic.

There were too many patients to be dealt with by the number of staff available.

More explanation could have been given regarding diagnosis and treatment.

Anything else?

There are obviously not enough staff to deal with the high workload.
