I am writing in praise of one of your Paramedics based in Trowbridge - Sarah Green.

She was called out to a neighbour of mine last Saturday at about 10 a.m.

My neighbour had splashed some Persil liquid hand wash into her eye and was in some discomfort. Due to A.R.M.D she has limited sight in one eye anyway.

Sarah was very efficient and really kind to my neighbour, spending a considerable amount of time washing out the eye and continually reassuring her that the Persil would not cause lasting damage and that if she had gone to Hospital they would have given her exactly the same treatment .

However, my elderly neighbour called out the paramedics a second time later in the afternoon. Again Sarah was sent out and again she was extremely patient and kind and she did not leave until she was convinced that she could do no more.

I was very impressed with Sarah.
