What I liked
The A and E staff were great. Very impressed. Appeared to be thorough and caring. Explained what they were doing and thinking.
What could be improved
The ward staff were not so great and one of the doctors I saw there did not tell me the full information about a procedure I was having and subsequently has resulted in me having migranes and severe back pain as a result of not knowing what I was meant to do after the proccedure. Not very happy at all.
Anything else?
Overall I thought the level of care received by the hospital was good as this was my 1st NHS experiece and I have heard bad things in the past.
