What I liked

The staff were kind, caring and very happy to discuss patients problems or worries. The nurses though appeared to be rushed off their feet and I had to wait from 7pm to midnight for my jug of water! I suppose I could have gone to get it myself but at the initial stage I did not know where the kitchen was. Overall I felt that the more senior the staff the more helpful they were.

What could be improved

More staff I feel at a lower level.

Anything else?

Second time at the hospital in the space of three years, one for l0 days and the other l night and felt safe.

We do feel this is important for all our patients and their families when being cared for at the hospital.
