Had an appointment with GP. I had to wait after the appointment time. I don't object to this as I feel that providing I am given the time needed for my consultation this is far more important. It is not always possible for consultations to be completed within the allotted time span. The GP did apologise for delay. I feel that the GP is correct in acting in this way rather than some other GPs who give the impression of being in a hurry and that the patient is insignificant.
A brilliant service by both the GP and reception staff.
