"Staff great, but time-keeping a problem"

About: Birley Health Centre

(as the patient),

Doctors and nurses are very good. Problem is time keeping. Whether seeing a nurse or a doctor you NEVER are seen at your appointment time. Delays of at best 15 minutes and at worst 65 minutes ALWAYS occur. Time of day does not seem to make any difference as I have experienced long delays when I am one of the first patients of the day to be seen.

Reception staff are always helpful

Thank you for taking the time to complete the patient opinion feedback. Sorry to hear you experince problems on each visit to the surgery, we do try to keep to time but if a patients consultation is complexed or turns into an emergency the waiting times increase. Reception do try to keep you updated with the delays but i appreciate this makes it no easier when you are waiting.
