(as the patient),

I don't have one particular story, but Birley Health Centre has been my GP practice for many years. I have no complaints with any part of the service. I am always listened to by my GP, treated with respect and have to date never had to wait for any unreasonable time to see my GP.

Thank you for your positive view of our Health Centre, we do try our best. We are starting a virtual patient group where we occasionally email the group to ask for views on changes or developments within the surgery, are you interested? If so id love to hear from you susanbreeze@nhs.net
