What I liked

I had my son on christmas day 2009. I found all staff to be excellent from the time I arrived on the labour ward to the time I was discharged. I had HELLP syndrome which is life threatening to not only myself but to my unborn child too, the staff did not leave me alone from the time I arrived at 7am until the time I had my son by emergency c section at 4.30pm. I was made to feel at ease the whole time that I spent in hospital. Once my son was born he was taken to NICU where all the staff were amazing too! I spent a few days in the high dependency unit, all staff were so nice and they were always polite and very friendly towards to me. I think that if it wasn't for C&W fantastic staff either my son or myself would not be here today! I am now 8 months pregnant and have not considered another hospital even though I have to travel an hour to get to the hospital! so far my care has been once again fantastic, would highly recomend this hospital without a doubt!!
