"An incompetent Triage nurse wastes valuable time..."

What I liked

Nothing. Complete waste of time. I have never seen so incompetent staff in any other hospital. Appointment system has been devised by a 3 years old nursery child. Complete disregard of other people's time. Every appointment has been 40-45+ minutes late. Staff are there to do their 8 hours and rake in all the overtime. Don't really give a monkey about other people's time. One half of them are checking their mobile phones for messages and the other half are walking aimlessly pretending to look busy. An appalling service and time keeping. When you try to complaint, "don't raise your voice with me". Now I am practicing to complain with a smile...

What could be improved

Nobody should need to wait for more than 15 minutes. Have a system of check and balance. If this target is not met then cut the triage nurse's and customer services salary by 10%. Do this two years in a row. If things still do not improve then sack them both. I will do this for half the money that their manager gets.
