What could be improved

My friend was admitted to the hospital just under two weeks ago, my friends condition has deteriorated. This has not been helped by the fact he has not eaten in over a week. The food that has been offered is food that my friend does not like, the nursing staff have been told this and I have found again the same food is being offered. My friend has wet the bed on more than one occasion because the call bell is not being answered. My friend is in his 90's and frail and has been started on new medication this is affecting his behaviour and he has been labled as being aggressive, he is so weak he cannot sit up in bed on his own, but is being treated as a yob on a ward. If things do not improve in the next couple of days we will make a formal complaint

Anything else?

Please could the staff listen to what we are saying about our friend. I have posted on this web site before and been very positive this experiance is worrying as it is reflecting the observations that the CQC had of the hospital
