(as a service user),

Routine key-worker appointment. Good session as always.

Efficient needle exchange - no limit on amounts.

Friendly, professional staff.

This service, without being melodramatic, is a matter of life and death to me. I doubt I would still be alive if I hadn't got on this programme, that's how important the service provided at Ashley House is to me.

Thank you for your comments about your key-worker and the staff in general.

Your experiences of Ashley House also reinforce to others that there are different aspects of treament avilable to individuals.There has been and is a continued focus on supporting our service users in their recovery but it is also important that we maintain all our harm reduction stratigies such as the needle exchange .It is important that we offer both types of intervention and often they are inter -related with a person needing both to stay safe and to progress.

Please continue to use the services as long as you need too and if you have not already done so please consider using some of the other interventions offered within Ashley House ,such as the alternative therapies as they might also be of help to you.
