What I liked

Appointment on time. Comprehensive consultation with symptoms, possible diagnosis and further tests explained in a clear and concise manner. Pleasant and helpful staff.

What could be improved

It would be helpful if the Initial appointment letter gave an indication which is the best car park to use. I parked at the wrong one and had quite a long walk which, when you are struggling for breath, is problematic.
