"Ambulance responded in minutes"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Accident & Emergency Scottish Ambulance Service

(as the patient),

Following some kind of problem with my motorcycle on the A703 Edinburgh to Peebles road, I started to drift towards the centre of the road, and was unable to correct the drift. I was hit full on by an oncoming car travelling in the opposite direction.

The ambulance responded in minutes, even though the accident happened out in the country.

I found the staff I came into contact with were kind.

We are very pleased that you had a positive experience from the RIE after your accident. We hope that both you and your motorbike are recovering well. I have passed your comments to the staff in A and E and they were extremely pleased to receive the praise.
