What I liked

i was sent to A and E with chest pain..the staff are absolutely brilliant...They smile they are courteous...they make you feel well cared for. All the staff from the lowest grade to the most seniour are polite and helpfull..they show respect and caring eyes.

This also includes the ambulance crew.

What could be improved
