What could be improved
General atmosphere. Not sure how this is achieved in other hospitals but in this one the general atmosphere is one of not caring. Patients are units - cars in for repair.
Anything else?
A friend, on asking where her husband was on a ward, was met with 'How should I know!'. A relative with little mobility went 10 days without even a facial wash.
"Abysmal."
