What I liked
I liked that all of the staff took into account that there were people of different people of ages ect and treated them accordingly and even after I told them that I would be waiting outside they were more than happy to come outside to call me when they were ready for me. Aswell when I asked for infomation the doctor was more they happy to find it out for me.
What could be improved
The waiting time could be improved a lot aswell with the waiting room layout and better infomation of waiting times.
Anything else?
The waiting area it self is not the biggest I have seen but is an okay size but soon as you put 20 + people in there it can start to feel claustrophobic but its more to do with the layout.
