What I liked

I visited the Chaucer on the 7th October 2011 for a varicose vein op and cannot thank all the staff enough for their kind caring treatment. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff including reception, nursing, anaesthetists and surgeon. I was a bit concerned before the op but no need when being looked after by these wonderful people. I cannot praise them enough - superb.
