What I liked

The fact that I'd never had this sort of procedure before had me feeling quite anxious as I entered the clinic. Apart from seeing that the clinic was kept perfectly clean, the people within that greeted me made me feel instantly calmer.

Once in the preparation cubicle it was clear to see that I was good hands; every nurse and doctor with whome I spoke were kind, polite, friendly and happy to put my mind at ease by answering any questions that I had. Most places make you feel like a thorn in their side and rush you around with no bedside manor but the Will Adams Centre staff were terrific.

What could be improved

My stay was only short but from what I saw from beginning to end, I wouldn't change a thing.

I would just like to thank everyone that helped me through today's experience, as I'm sure it would have been an unpleasant one if you were not all as you were.
