What I liked
Admin staff were polite and courteous.
What could be improved
The manners and attitude of the registrar. He was brutal in his delivery of his findings and his recommended treatment. I knew my teeth required a lot of work as I have a condition called sjogrens syndrome which results in dental decay even though I look after my teeth as much as possible. This so called medical professional had no empathy at all and sent me away with no hope.
My own dentist had referred me to try and get some advice on my treatment but I was just bounced back to him without any help at all.
Anything else?
The young dentist or student, not sure of her qualifications was very nice and she had to ask the registrar to advise my plan. She must have been mortified at his handling of a patient but was unable to comment but I did appreciate her kindness after he left. She got some tissues for me as she could see how upset I was.
"Not a positive experience at all!"
