"This has been a bad experience for me. My gp..."

About: Ipswich Hospital

What I liked

The angiogram was done professionaly, and the cath lab staff staff were excellent at helping to overcome anxieties. Well done

What could be improved

The interventional cardiologist was a locum and did not seem to give me any confidence

during the angiogram I question his competence to do this

Anything else?

The other cardiologist that I see for all my follow up appointments and setting a treatment plan was a disaster. He was again a dreaded locum and not even an interventional cardiologist at that. Now after 33 weeks I still do not have a treatment for my breathlessness.

He is difficult to talk to and reactive to anything I ask him in regard to my tests and treatment.

the conduct and minimal knowledge of this man has given me great anxiety due to the uncertain future of my treatment. when I last saw him last week he prescribed tablets which my gp described that will not help in any way.
