What could be improved

One of the staff in A&E was unfriendly & moody.

My hospital appointments have always been at least an hour late. Usually there are 30+ other patients in the waiting room at one time. I try to schedule the first early morning appointment to avoid the wait, yet my appointments are always 1+ hours late, even if I have the very first appointment of the day.

I have never seen the same doctor, always different doctors, a lot of them are new or don't seem to understand what they are doing, I usually end up explaining basic things to them, which is frustrating.

Anything else?

I don't understand why you hire unsocial people for a public-services role. Particularly in an A&E department. There are hundreds of lovely, friendly people out there who are desperate for jobs and would suit the role 1000 times better.
