Please correct the bad spelling on the Lister Hospital website, on the "Getting to the Lister" page. In Great Britain we use the word "travelling", that's two letter ell's not one. The Americans only bother to use one letter ell, as you have mistakenly done.

If you cannot produce a website without glaring spelling mistakes, I cannot feel very confident about your medical expertise !!

We're very grateful for your eagle-eyed attention and that change has been made. It is incorrect, however, that there is no way of alerting us to these issues other than placing a comment on our NHS Choices pages - the 'Contact Us' service on our website provides at least two electronic options for people to raise any issue they wish to pursue.
