What I liked

I went in for day surgery and unexpectedly needed to stay overnight.Throughout the night I was able to observe the staff and could see that regardless of the hour they maintained a friendly and professional manner at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even providing a milky drink to try and help me sleep. I was so impressed with the level of care afforded to me and to the other patients on the ward.
