What I liked

The very prompt and professional response by all of the medical and nursing team in the Accident and Emergency Department when I was admitted on the night of Saturday 24 September 2011. Their excellent work was followed up by the Acute Medical team on Ward 20. Everyone there was so kind and caring, not forgetting the ladies who brought around the drinks. Even though my appetite was poor, I enjoyed greatly the meals which were served and the choice of meals was appreciated.
