What I liked

The sister put me at ease and was running on time.

What could be improved

The main area I wanted to feed back on was the need to have to go to the ante-natal area for a blood test - specifically for those who are visiting gynae due to infertility issues it is very insensitive to be sent to an area full of pregnant women with posters everywhere advertising 3D sacns, Birth centres etc. It would be much less distressing to be able to wait in the gynae unit instead and just go through when your number comes up.

The whole appointment took 1 hour 40 mins just to do a pre-assessment involving signing consent form, weight, blood pressure and blood test - this was despite me being an early appointment so I am not sure how they were running so far behind - there was no-one in the waiting room when I arrived and the leaflet I received before the appointment said the appointment would last an hour.
