What could be improved

I find that if someone has dementia and the family request that that person be put on a ward for their own mental well being it is always a case of when there is a bed. surely there are lots of patients who would like their own on suite room.

My mother has been admitted twice to your hospital and on both times her mental health state (Dementia) has not been taken in to consideration.

Could you please tell me what the hospital policy is on this matter.
