"Care and treatment - absolutely brilliant!"

What I liked

I wanted to leave to feedback really to say a massive thank you to a member of your team. She has been treating my daughter for a few months now and completed the treatment today. I can't praise her enough for her care during this period. From our first visit, she put my daughter at complete ease (we had only been referred to Charles Clifford due to her fear of the dentist!). She carried out four fillings and coatings with no problem whatsoever. She really is a credit to your team.

What could be improved

The waiting time between visits. I was only allowed to make one appointment and not book the whole course of treatment in one go. I can appreciate people must often cancel appointments or dont turn up but surely there has to be a better system that your current one?
