Thanks for you patient opinion feedback, we were concerned that you felt ignored, we would like to discuss this further if that is ok with you? if so please contact Chris kearton at the Health Centre when it is convenient for you to do so. We will also give you details of a virtual patient group which you may like to take part in as it gives you a chance to help us with change and development in the surgery.
