What I liked

The whole procedure from the first contact of choice of when and where I wanted the appointment to be to the operation day has been a positive experience for me. The staff from the receptionist to the surgeon/anethesist allowed me to relax and feel safe when needing a Hernia removed. I have been to other NHS areas who dont offer this timely and safe/friendly procedure and feel that due to the bad images recently portrayed by the media I should write to your services about this experience. Could you please inform the staff from the day services whom work in surgical day care that I am very happy with my experience of having an operation and the after care I recieved from them which has changed my perception of the NHS.

What could be improved

I dont feel that there is a need to improve any of the services which I recieved.
