What I liked

Everyone is treating my 85 year old Dad with great friendliness, respect, humour and care as he recovers from a rotten fall and broken bone in his neck. But can anyone tell me how I can do his washing when I'm 250 miles away?! What a tricky problem. But well done, Friary. You looked after my Mum with the same kindness and understanding in 2009. Thank you.

What could be improved

There's a business opportunity here for a laundry locally? Surely leaving soiled washing in plastics bags in the cupboards where patients have to keep their clean clothes is madness and a breeding ground for bad smells and bacteria?
