What I liked

I saw my Consultant in endocrinology. I went to the wrong reception and the receptionist walked with me to show the correct area. The staff in the unit were charming and made me feel at ease immediately. The consultant was painstaking and methodical. Everything was explained careful and I felt I was involved in the aftercare. Well done.

What could be improved

The car parking facilities are primitive and hugely expensive
