What could be improved

Car parking, although not within the hospitals remit, is scandalous. To be charged £4 to bring my 9 month old son to A&E at 1.30am is bad in itself, but when the car park is pot holed, badly maintained with bays not even marked out properly, it makes you feel even more sick before getting to A&E. It's a pure money making scheme and someone's pockets are being lined, and unfortunately it's not the NHS. Very very sad state of affairs....
