I had an appointment later on in October to remove wax from my ears.

The hearing from the blockage became worse, as I am going on holiday and I phoned the clinic if possible to attend if there was a cancellation before I travelled.

I explained the situation and the department had a clinic for people who cannot see the nurse during the day, the appointments staff fixed me a appointment later on during the day and cleared the problem.

I am writing to say I appreciated their efforts and well done to appointment staff and Katharine who dealt with the problem.
