I have been coming here for a year and have had great help from the support group and the help with the therapies.

Also being able to talk with a key worker has helped when I am having a difficult time. I feel more confident and am getting out more.

Thank you for taking the time to make this posting as it is good for us to both recieve feedback and also be made aware that you are benefiting from our services including therapies and groups as we have over the last couple of years tried to increase the availability of such interventions with an associated increased focus on recovery.
