"Reassuring care at family planning"

I went to Beverley Family Planning Clinic. It went very well. I had no problems about what was happening.

I was always reassurred by the nurses and people who worked there. Any questions which I had were always answered.

The people who helped me through the process were Dr McCollun and Julie Garret.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about the care you received.

All the staff work hard to make a visit to the family planning clinic as comfortable as possible for service users and we are encouraged to hear that you had a positive, reassuring experience.

We are pleased that you received answers to all your questions; your experience echoes the findings from our last Family Planning User Survey (2010) where 93% of those that took part told us they either ‘strongly agreed’ or ‘agreed’ that they found out everything they wanted to know.

We value your opinion as this provides us with an insight into how service users feel about the services we provide. Your comments have been passed on to the team including Dr McCollum and Julie Garrett.
