"Entirely satisfied"

What I liked

I've used the minor injuries unit several times, as have my daughters and wife. I've always been impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the accuracy of their diagnoses, the short waiting time and the general quality of care. I thought it about time that this branch of the much maligned NHS was praised for its good work.
