"Excellent"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

What I liked

I had a laparoscopy at the LRI and cannot fault them from arriving to being discharged. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and put me at ease. I was well looked after, kept informed at all times and involved in decisions about my care. The ward was clean and staff were available to help when needed.

It was a very positive experience and huge thanks and congratulations to everyone on Ward 1 and the theatre team.

What could be improved

Only one thing- I wasn't informed of when I needed to fast from prior to my op- I'm sure that this was an oversight however, but communication could have been slightly better.
