"Nice hospital, with lovely staff; couldn't fault..."

What I liked

The staff are extremely helpful at all times and very nice to all patients. Everything is explained to you and you are even given time to decide things for yourself.

What could be improved

the water machines could be fixed in the main waiting area as an old lady wanted a drink of water, didn't have any money for the machine and so had to rely on a nurse buying one for her.

Anything else?

Much lighter environment that City General; but that's probably because it's a new and has lots of windows. Disabled access is better too.
