I was sent appointment to collect sleep apnoea machine,machine collected and returned next day. Appointment sent next month to see consultant,turned up to see consultant.Was told could not see him as results from sleeping machine lost-why send an appointment?

I suggested for her to give me sleepng machine so he can retest,offer taken up.

Get another apponitment in july,saw the consultant after nearly six weeks told i need machine.Put on waitng list,several phone calls still waiting? Might be going through a divorce as wife cannot bear it anymore. Please help.

What could be improved

Should check results on machine before sending out appointment,days pay lost for me and time wasted for everyone
