What I liked

Must express my appreciation to everyone in Maple and ENT for my treatment. Everyone I came into contact with was brilliant and I have come away once again with an approciation of the dedication and professionalism of all staff at the Cumberland.

What could be improved

I couldnt suggest anything really; though perhaps being able to give an indication at least of the likely time of discharge would have helped plan the day better.

Anything else?

Reading some of the negative comments, and I make no judgement on these, my thought is that being a patient does have its own responsibilities; to make sure your reasonable needs are met but understanding that the nurses and doctors have a job to do to also look after everyone else!
