When I go to my doctors and see my Nurses I feel so at ease and comfortable as well as relaxed, becasue they're so lovely and sweet to their patients.
Having bloods done and any examinations done doesn't scare me because of how they relax you by taking time to listen to you. They're like one big happy family.
The doctors do their very best to make sure you get the best care needed. Everytime I ring the surgery they do there utmost best to see you, they don't make you feel ashamed of anything that is up with you, their goal to to help and thats exactly what they do. (Bless them.)
