"i was left dissapointed and very confused"

About: Dorset County Hospital

What I liked

some of the nurses were helpful and gave us hope.

What could be improved

communication is the downfall we had 4 appointments with 4 different members of staff who told us different results for the same tests every time, and it seems that they got my results wrong which im trying to find out why. we were also promised the medication we needed by one nurse but came to the final appointment and were told no.

Anything else?

my gp is now having to redo a blood test as they diagnosed me with a condition in 2009 but in 2011 the hospital told me i didn't have it but my gp doesn't understand how this could be and still suffering syptoms.

we were basically given no help told to come back next year. their excuse because we are fat. we maybe a bit tubby but we have a good bmi and in the guideline range. they were just looking for excuses. unfortunatly since we found out we were discharged till next year but we fall under the new regulations now so i cant go back for 3 years. this all because they are cutting back alot.
