The consultant was extremely unhelpful & arrogant; he did not listen to my medical concerns deciding instead to come to his own incorrect conclusion that resulted in many months of suffering until I was referred to another hospital where I was given the expected level of respect, I was listened to & this resulted in the correct medical treatment ending many many months of unnecessary suffering.
