What I liked
I was diagnosed with Bowel cancer after I did the Bowel screening. In April Iwas admitted to the Hayes Ward where my bladder & Bowel cancers were removed. I was fitted with a Iliostomy bag whilst the bowel was recovering. In Aug/Sept I was admitted to Jersey ward to have a reversal. I want to say how well I was treated on both wards the staff was very profesional from the matron & all staff from sisters to nursing assistants.
The surgeons who did both operations was second to none. thank you to them & all the staff involved. I would also like to thank all the colectoral nurses who also looked after me. I would like to point out this was my first time being admitted to hospital in 71 years. I was treated with the utmost professionalism under the circumstances they are in. THANK YOU ALL
"FANTASTIC"
