What I liked
Perfect Hospital although looking a little dated, perfect admin staff, perfect atmosphere for concerned patients. Staff inc nurses, consultants and admin all very well informed and happy go that extra mile.
My consultant sat with me for a long time and listened to my problems taking a full history. He did not make me feel like I was wasting his time and he was very thorough. He was relaxed which is good for me as I am quite vervous in hospitals and he shook my hand upon arriving and leaving which I do like.
While I was in the waiting room there was a patient who wanted to see a different consultant and the nurses arranged his care so well I was outstnaded by the professionalism.
The hospital overall is excellent I visit it every Christmas for Carol Singing and the wards are clean, patients are happy and treated well and I would be confident to place my trust in their hands for my care anytime.
What could be improved
A&E is a little tired and could do with improving.
